HUMANIZED VIXY!! ALSO LORE! (For the ones who enjoy reading lmao) Sry if I spelled wrong somewhere
STORY:
-Vixy was born a mute due to being only half a soul. So groing up, her mother would teach her how to sign as another way to communicate with others without having to write. When she got older, she was very fond over mortal history. She read every book from her father's library when he was a human.
Soon after she read everything she could, she thursted for more knowlege. So, one day while her dad was away, used a spell that was in one of her father's books-leading to the overworld. Vixy searched the nearby library for old library books about human history. After finding what she wanted. She would carry more she could handle and tried walking out the front door. Not knowing what she did, she would soon be stopped by a man in front of her. Vixy became startled, and nearly dropped the stack of books. The man stood there, concern etched on his face. He was tall, with brown hair and kind eyes that seemed to shine with curiosity. Though she did not know how to respond verbally. Luckily for her, he was very fluent with sign due to him being deaf himself. After they signed for a bit, Vixy would soon find out that the man was a local to the library and introduced himself as "Nick Carter". She also noticed his tag on his shirt saying he was a "school teacher for the deaf". But before she could say anything about his profession, Nick would ask why she tried running off with a stack of books with her. Vixy felt a rush of embarrassment but quickly composed herself. She signed back, explaining her fascination with mortal history. Nick, with a playful yet confused look, tries to tell her that she can't just run out the front door without checking them out first. Vixy would find it strange why you would need to ask permission to read a book. But complies with Nick's request anyways. After finding out that she doesn't own a library card, Nick would check them out for her. Once they had completed the transaction, they stepped outside together. Before they had parted ways. Nick would sign to her that if she ever needed any help with the library again, just look for him because he's always hosting there. Vixy acknowledged his offer and thanked him as she walked the other way. As she returned to hell, she started to like the mortal realm. After she got done reading all her books, over the next few weeks, Vixy returned to the library whenever her father was away, drawn not only by her thirst for knowledge but also by the promise of Nick's company. With each visit, their conversations deepened. They exchanged numbers one day, a gesture that felt monumental to Vixy. Each text brought a thrill, and soon their conversations extended beyond the library’s walls. They would end up going out to many well known places to share stories of their experience about thier life—Vixy shared her story about being mute, and Nick shared his story about how he became deaf. After their exchange about their life. They felt more connected than either one has ever felt before...
