Following the rediscovery of Fire, the Monsters sought to create a special place on the surface of the monster world for even more Fire Elementals to dwell. After searching far and wide for remnants of the Outer Islands (unsuccessfully - they seem to have disappeared), the Monsters decided that if they couldn't find a suitable home, they'd create one! Crafted from blown glass and heated by fathomless geysers beneath the surface, it's only a Glowl's glide away from a neighboring tropical atoll.
