so bascically Admiral (my FRIEND'S OC, NOT MINE) is a robot working as the commander of a fleet of 8 dropships. There's this silly thing called Hammer Company which encages and runs tests on anomalies and trains them to become stronger, fight, or just contain them because of their threat level to society.

FISH LORE:

Fish, also known as Subject_022 is in Maximum security because she does canonically have toon force and toon logic so she spends most of her time in containment and can barely see her mom or dad (Crouton and Moon, I dunno if they wanna deem this part of Fish's lore canon or not), so she basically befriends every other high containment anomalies (these massive horrific creatures but whatever) because she's lonely AND SHE'S A 4 YEAR OLD </3

Since Fish is a little kid, she does get to go outside with heavy supervision, and dropships are normally sent to drop off supplies and gear, so Fish does see Admiral often and grows a child-like attachment to him and lodges herself into his programming and Admiral probably gives her stupid gifts from the bottom of the dropships or smt idk

ADMIRAL LORE:

basically all it is is Robots and Humans having to work together to defeat this overruling entity of some sort and Admiral was programmed as the commander and captain of 8 different dropships. He uses a hyperlaser as a weapon and has a kinda faulty program making him a bit more conscious (He also has a HUGE fear of women) I forgot most of the details I gotta ask my friend about that (they aren't a huge artist they don't use minitoon either :^)
